contacts us by phone, or sends an e-mail inquiry. In such cases, we process only the data voluntarily provided by the guest (e.g., name, phone number, e-mail address, stay date).

Data provided by guests is used solely for: responding to inquiries, making reservations, or providing information about room availability.

Data from e-mail and phone inquiries is not archived or stored in any database. It is used only for ongoing communication and then deleted (e.g., by removing the e-mail).
